IT - Puzzle solvers wanted.
We're looking for someone with about 5-6+ years of IT experience on the support side, preferably with helpdesk experiance and network administration. Certifications are not important - ability to listen, think and troubleshoot wildy different network environments are prime abilities being sought. If you've worked in a managed service environment, even better. Have more experiance? Even more so. Salary & benefits scale with experiance.
Primary support includes remote desktop application and server support. Most reactive issues that come this far to us are blended between the two. Significant proactive administration of client networks is also a key part. Typical client networks are between 30-200 users, 4-10 servers.
Important - Must have good communication skills (verbal and written). Occasionally you'll be heading onsite with the account managers to meet with clients and perform a sales engineering role of scoping networks and looking for opportunities and ways to provide better service, performance and improve the efficency of the network from top to bottom.
