She said the position is all warm leads; calling customers who currently have their service and getting them to renew contracts, calling variable rate customers and getting them to lock in or calling former customers and getting them to come back. Base is usually 28-32K and with commission the agents usually end up around 45-50K as long as they hit goals.

TITLE: Customer Loyalty Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Customer Loyalty
The Customer Loyalty Sales Agent will help the company achieve revenue and profit goals through supporting the loyalty, retention, and winback programs. This will include but not limited to on-going analysis, internal and external reporting, marketing presentations, management of customer deal-flow and product development and training thereof. Additionally, the Sales Agent will be required to work from the headquarters in Dallas, TX.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively call sales leads and explain the value of products and services with primary focus in the ability to identify issues, build cases, overcome objections, and close sales opportunities. Responsible for meeting all assigned collections/retentions goals
Organize meeting all assigned collections/retentions goals. Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers and serve as a single point of contact for their immediate and ongoing needs
Maintain proficiency in all areas of customer service including billing, retention, and transactions, marketing, and collections

Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely, accurately, in a timely manner
Team player with the a friendly approachable attitude towards working with a variety of people
Sales background in some field is preferred but not required
Ability to accurately capture customer details during the sales process
Understanding of how to qualify and close sales opportunities
Strong written and communication skills
Proficiency with MSWord, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and other information technology
Background in the power or gas industry is preferred but not required
Strong character and integrity
Disciplined in their lifestyle and willingness to learn
Minimum of two years of college required
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment
Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend or holiday hours.
Occasional overtime may be required
