***We are hiring immediately***

Local Roofing Company seeking to hire 15 Salesmen, possibly more, in the DFW Metroplex. Must have sales experience and an outgoing personality. We can train you if you have sales experience but don't know about roofing sales. Experience with Insurance claims is a plus, about 80% of our business is through insurance claims. Top earners WILL make $3,000 to $7,000 per week depending on your time management, work ethic and knowledge of the business. This is a commission based job, no hourly pay. Bonuses will be offered for salesmen who are top producers. The more you sell, the more you make. Just selling one roof can get you anywhere from $200-$1,500 depending on the size. You will need to have a car/truck that can carry a ladder. You WILL be getting on the roof to measure and evaluate damage. You will also have to fill out a 1099 form, this means you will be responsible for paying your own taxes. Email your resume, contact number, and location to the above address. I will email/call all people who I feel can be an asset to the business. If you can work part-time, state that in the email. I am willing to hire part-time and full-time. We are in need of people in all areas of the metroplex.

***We are hiring immediately***

Interested Parties send Resume too: [email protected]

Don't argue with Idiots... They will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience...

Him and his buddy own the company, so they make good money. He keeps trying to get me into it, but all i got is the stang (no truck for the ladder), and i hate roofs.

but when i did go out with them in their truck we made alot of sales (bout 5 roofs in like 3 hrs). Lot of potential for someone who can sale.

Contract

Really it is not that hard, you put away 25% of your income for taxes... If you have the willpower to be responsible it’s really not that difficult… You have the potential to make more $ because you have the ability to write off expenses… Truck, Fuel, Food etc…

Listen this business is not for wimps, and this is not a B.S. post... Outdoor sales experience would be an asset. For the right person, an opportunity exists to help build a team of salesmen and profit from their efforts.

We are looking for real key players here and we will spend one on one time with new employees until they feel comfortable enough to do it on their own. Once training is complete and we feel good about your ability to make this work, there is potential here to make very good money if you are coachable and not afraid of work.

You must:

*Have reliable transportation with room for some type of fold up ladder.
*Have a mobile phone with reliable service
*Not afraid of heights and willing to get on roofs
*Be clean cut and project a professional image
*Must have excellent communication skills
*Be willing to work evening and Saturdays (this is when people are home)
*Have great integrity
*Be willing to submit to a criminal background check
*Be coachable!

If this sounds like an opportunity for you and you feel like you meet the requirement above, send me an e-mail with your name and telephone number and I will call you for an interview.

you dont need a truck to do this. The guy that did the inspection on my home drove a mini cooper and had some retractable ladder thing it was cool it was the size of a brief case well just a little bigger.

Telescoping ladder. They're pretty cool.

And NO, he's not paying you mileage or anything. The training he mentions is also free for him. You can go hang out and learn it all you like, you just won't be making anything...

why is the difference between "sell" and "sale" so difficult for people to understand?

Its DFWStangs the home of the lowballer so if you are selling you are really having a sale. That is why you post a 100 dollar item they offer you 2 dollars and a fucked up duck for it.

I made 60,000 in 4 months after the '93 hailstorm selling roofs without even TRYING. I sold a roof in a neighborhood, then from that, ended up selling roofs to half that neighborhood. I didn't do much cold calling, I simply answered the calls resulting from our signs being up all over the place.

I know guys that made well over 200k that year selling roofs.

It works BEST after a hailstorm or any other kind of storm damage. The insurance company is paying for their roof, after all...

So... it's no bullshit. I made 40% commission off of everything I sold, because I was scheduling the crews and doing a bit of the legwork. But the roofing crews themselves have a guy that runs them, and they take pride in their work.... all the Mexican roofing crews work their asses off, and all they want to do is put roofs on, day after day.

The guy I worked for paid me CASH and got himself all fucked up with taxes because he did some commercial jobs and they 1099ed his ass. I had no part of those, just the homeowner jobs. So, it wasn't my fault, lol....
