Data Analyst Job Description
The Data Analyst is responsible for uploading/downloading data, creating reports, analysis, and actionable trend information to help the ET Department to understand and enhance the customerís experience. They will develop the information and analysis necessary to help the company make informed, data driven decisions. The data analyst will also discuss information or business intelligence needs with internal staff and/or external clients, collect and collate appropriate data for use in databases. Data Analysts will generate reports using THEbenefitsHUB system and assist the Data Analyst Supervisor in monitoring and maintaining the quality of the database system and securing access and use to this system. Using trend analysis, data analysts will assist in development and upgrading of database systems and analytical techniques/processes.

In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Knowledge of database systems is prefered, but not required
Bachelors of Science degree or Four (4) years of verifiable experience is prefered
