The company I work for is in the middle of some downsizing. As a result, I'm currently looking for other opportunities.
I currently support all Windows, networking, printing, connectivity, and wireless issues, as well as resolving remote (VPN) access issues. I also support MS Outlook 2003 and Office XP.
Day to day stuff would be - creating new profiles in outlook, reinstalling NICs, resolving printer connection issues over print servers, giving administrative rights to machines, setting up lotus notes, (reading dfwstangs board), walking user through internet connectivity issues at hotels, homes, starbucks, etc so they can get on vpn, reloading WinXP on machines, removing spyware/virus' from machines, resolving issues over dameware...fun stuff like that.
I live in Mckinney & currently work in Plano....while I'm not against fighting a lil traffic, somewhere like Fort Worth or Arlington may not be a good match.
Any ideas would be appreciated...thanks!
