Service Account Manager/ Technical Account Mgr
Looking for 1 person to fill a Support Management role. History of supporting other fortune 500 accounts, able to work at CXO level. Knowledge of Backup/Recovery hardware or software would be helpful. Experience with Veritas/EMC/SUN.
Dedicated rep for customer during outages, middle man between customer and company support. Provide reporting, kickoff presentations
Able to not be offended or angry when attacked by customer.
Available 24/7 with 15min response time on Severity 1 pages
Position is lilely to be home based.
