Just seeing whats out there

I have been at my job for almost 6 years and have not received a raise in 4. They are making some manager changes and Im just seeing what is available. I would like to get out of the car business, something with more steady hours and more steady pay. I basically want to work somewhere with movement and a future. Just Pm me with any info.

I hate to tell you fucknut, but your stuck in the business! Trust me, i've been trying to get out, and unless you want to start from the bottom, and make very little, your stuck there. I'm creeping up on 12 years in the business. Why don't you try doing what i did, go from parts, to service?

Well around here service is worse than parts its not really about the money I just need a certain amount to get by. Its more about how I never have time for shit and plus they are making a lot of bad changes around here

All dealerships are pretty much the same. now what I would want to do is go to a dealership body shop or any body shop and work with parts. I love working with big body orders.

Service in most dealerships now sucks, they have changed the pay structures to getting paid for hours instead of total, but your total for parts and service still effects your income per teir. I know alot of places still do a percentage and those are where you want to go.
