Wife's office is looking for a receptionist, downtown Dallas in the Plaza of the Americas- here is what she sent me:
We have an opening for a front-desk/receptionist person. We're doing this position as temp-to-hire, as we've had a string of bad receptionists lately. Need someone easygoing, organized, motivated, not lacking in common sense, pleasant to be around, nice on the phones, and relatively professional in the way they dress. Pay on this one is $10-12/hr which isn't the best, I know, but we do have benefits and our environment is pretty cool.
Keypoints are reliability, professional/appropriate demeanor and appearance and someone who is proactive and not reactive.
Benefits include paid parking in the garage attached to building (BIG benefit downtown) Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, 401K, ESPP, corporate retail discounts, and some other stuff that I don't remember offhand. Casual Fridays.
