$12/hr - Midnight Hour Moving

Ok everyone!! Im back, i posted on here about needing moving helpers a few months ago, thanks for all the responses!

Heres the deal, i need more helpers! and its getting hotter out so im offering an extra 2.00 an hr (from 10 to 12hr) and this summer when business picks up even more the pay will go up.

The job is pretty easy, all we do is load and unload peoples moving trucks, anywhere from a 8ft trailer to a 26ft uhaul.

This is what im looking for:
1) Hard workers
2) No bitchen about the jobs or that its hard work
3) I need people willing to lift heavy items 50+ lbs for a long peried of time. (yes a dolly is provided, but you have to get it on the dolly!)
4) People to be on time, i get more business from word of mouth, you make me look bad i donít need you.

Hours may very, we start as soon as 4am and work as late as midnight.

I will let you know before each job the times and the dates, no last min. notice!

A job may start at 9am but only requests 2 hours worth of help, it may extend to 4 hours or maybe even 8 hours.

90% of jobs are in the ft worth area, some in Dallas, you must be willing to travel and meet at each job.

Now this is what im offering!
no matter what size job or how long it takes i will never pay you less then 2hrs, if we get there and the job takes 20mins. i will hand you 2 hrs pay.. I will not waste your time or gas.

You keep your tips! (All tips are split evenly between workers.) (if i am handed 40.00 for 2 workers, each worker gets an extra 20.00 each on top of there normal pay.)

$12.00 an hour (2hr min payments)

please only serious responses, i need hard workers..

it verys, depends on how many jobs come in, with the summer months coming guys will work more then they want im sure..

most jobs take 2 guys, so i pick my strongest guys on the biggest jobs and the weaker guys on the smaller jobs, so as you can imagine the stronger worker you are the more jobs and hours you get..

I have my brother in-law working for me right now and on average he is getting 25-30 hours a week. and he also works for someone else on the side.

this is perfect for someone that can work flexible hours, maybe even if you have a full time job but have 2 days off you would like to make some extra cash on.

as far as how many hours other people will get, it all verys on how many guys i need, how big the jobs are and the harder someone works the more work i will throw at them.

huh?

who said you wernt strong enough?

pretty much anyone can do this job, just remember to keep busy.. there is no reason to stop and watch someone load a truck when you can be bringing more stuff out to load in the truck.

just remember to keep busy, always.

If you donít work very many jobs, almost everyday i pay in cash at the end of the day, but if your working almost everyday i pay every wed.

I can pay with check or cash, most guys i pay with check only cause its easier but if you donít have a bank account or a way to cash the check with out being charged i pay with cash, but sometimes takes an extra day, if banks are closed or some other reason.

taxes are claimed by the amount of hours the shipper requests, so if there request 2 hours but it goes over an extra hour the first 2 hours are claimed but the additional hour after that is not.
