KCM interviewing for position

Keith Craft Motorsports is interviewing for possible positions with the company. Looking for either or sales counter help or a combination of help in the front and back. I've had a hard time finding die hard car people that want to contribute to the building of a business.
This could even work into a part ownership type position as well. I would like for anyone that has a love for cars and being apart of helping us grow in this area to give us a call.
I am still playing with the ideal of a machine shop in this area as well but would need qualified help which is very hard to find. Please call Keith at 870-246-7460 or Rob at 972-578-3550 for a possible interview. Thank you, Keith Craft

Pay

We have tried some different things in the past depending on the things the employee was doing. Most cases it is a base salary with percentage of sales. This way if a guy sales a lot of stuff he gets rewarded with higher pay. Some people respond to this and others do not. Pay is something that would have to be talked about with each person depending on experience and qualifications.
Like I said before if I could find qualified people might try a machine shop but these people are very hard to find as well. Thanks, Keith Craft
