Smile Terminix anyone work for them?

IS this a good companey to work for I have been thinking about checking them out but wanted to know how they where 1st.

i used to be a tech for them its all numbers driven nevermind if your a good employee all they care about is numbers you cant control and i heard recently they are gettin gps

I'm a little late with this, but I figured I'd reply.

Anyone who says that about a company is a dumbass. EVERY company has their problems. I'm not going to lie and say that they arent about numbers, because its a BUSINESS, if you arent producing what you should they are going to let you go in a heartbeat and find someone who will actually put forth the effort and get the job done.

I've been with Terminix for 2 and a half years, and just recently got a great promotion. They relocated me and everything. If you work hard and know what the hell you are doing then it shouldnt be a problem.

This is probably too late but let me know if you are still interested.

i worked for them up untill this past may. so i worked a whole year for them and was in every position except a exceutive position. its was ok, money was good. but they treat you like shit. well that was my experiance. i have a 4 year degree and the manager i had tried to talk down to me just cause i was more educated than him. i wont say which branch. it kinda depends on what you are gonna be doing. are you gonna be a tech (pest or termite) or a salesman. and what branch?

i work at the plano branch and i'm a salesman. they treat the salesmen good because we bring in the $$$$$
