ValueOptions, one of the nationís largest managed behavioral healthcare companies, is seeking a professional to fill a Director, Corporate Customer Service position in its Coppell, TX office.
The Director, Clinical Customer Service will have responsibility for the oversight and strategic direction of ValueOptions' centralized Employer Solution consolidated call center. This incumbent will ensure that the development of strategies, systems and methods implemented result in delivery of excellent service to internal and external customers.
Three- five (3-5) years minimum experience required. Master's degree or equivalent work experience required.
