Walmart DC hiring

The Wal-Mart distribution center in sanger is hiring! They run 3 shifts they all pay well but it is hard work.
A-1 Tue-Fri 6am-4pm start $11.80hr
A-2 Tue-Fri 4pm-2am start $12.40hr
B-1 Sat,Sun,Mon 5am-5:30pm start 13.30hr

I used to work the b1 shift its not hard work, just doing the same thing all day everyday.

What type of work is it ? You said you do the same thing all day long, what does it consist of ? Also, are the different shifts different jobs, or is the pay different just based on the hours ? Lastly, how would someone go about getting a job there ? (Application, interview, etc.) I work nights now, and am not too fond of it, so I would probably elect to work the A1 shift, if it's possible to choose which shift you would like to work on. I am interested, so please post a response and let me know. Do you still work there, because I noticed you said you used to work the B1 shift ? Thanks !

I've been working out there for about 2 years now on the B1 weekend shift, you have your good days and your bad days.

I think Sherman Cooper is a FAG.......

Current Cars/Toys:
1999 Camaro SS (Procharged)
2006 Chevorlet 1500 4x4
2006 Trailblazer SS (LS2)

Still waiting...... For that white 92 Z28 to come out and play!

The DC is located in Sanger, right out side of Denton. Just walk in grab an application, fill it out, and turn it in. Just to warn you guy's, it's pretty hard to get hired on out there. I've personally, turned in about 4-5 applications and had several interviews, and never heard back from them. But, Im working out there now and almost going on my 2nd year. The pay increasements are:
1st Year: 3 months after hire date: 0.50 cent raise, 6 months after hire date: 0.50 cent raise, 12 months after hire date:0.50 cent raise, 16 months after hire date: 0.50 cent raise, and 24 months after hire date: 0.50 cent raise... You top out at 2 years, but also every year we also have been getting a 0.50 cent cost of living raise.

Current Cars/Toys:
1999 Camaro SS (Procharged)
2006 Chevorlet 1500 4x4
2006 Trailblazer SS (LS2)

Still waiting...... For that white 92 Z28 to come out and play!

I dropped off an application Wednesday. Do you have any idea when they'll call or I'll know I'm not going to get an interview?
