Saving a Ferrari From The Paint Shop!

This Ferrari literally had a date set to be at the paint shop, and after talking with the owner, he agreed to let us have a crack at it before he committed to painting it. My sales pitch was nothing more than expressing how much more the car would be worth with original paint vs. a repaint. I expressed the potential problems affiliated with a repaint if the shop didnít do it correctly. And the kicker, if he wasnít happy with the end result, he didnít have to pay me. So I had to make it as perfect as possible!

Here’s a good 50/50 shot, you can’t really tell just how bad this car was, but you can see how great its coming out!

These threads never get old. It's always amazing to see how you rejuvinate an old paint, and always go so far overboard with the attention to detail.

Whatever you're charging, I'm sure you could charge more.

If you're not logging this work on your own site, you should be. Then, take that & share it with the people who're in the business of exotics, from sales/service to small shops. Offer them referral fees for any business they send your way, 20% or something, whatever you can afford. You might even offer up a free detail to the worst car you're sent, in a set 30 day period. Your phone might just ring off the hook with people trying to vie for having the worst car, but the net result will be all kinds of people who're aware that their car needs special attention, and your conversion ratio could turn a mediocre year in to a spectacular year. That could be something you would go to radio spots or even rent a billboard for. Grow that shit homie.

"Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it."

Outstanding work Nick. The question was asked, but how did he respond?

Well that the shop the car was at there were several models pretty much the exact same model and color. 3 or 4 total. When the guy guy there he went to a car that def looked better then his thinking it was his, because the other one right next too it well, looked like this.

Little did he know, he was looking at the completely wrong car! He was amazed!

VERY VERY nice work, Nick.

My apologies for not being able to come help you this weekend. Between getting my car fixed and spending 10+hrs on an escalade I was jam packed full of crap to do.

I'll be moving this weekend so I have blocked this weekend off from any detailing. Give me a ring anytime though.

Keep up the fantastic work. I truly admire your work.
