getting paint off...

so i discovered a while back i ran over some paint..appears its wall paint...its all on my rocker and some on my door...how the hell do i get it off?!

ill give claybar shot first...shit is nasty looking and annoying..thanks for the info...ill shoot some before during and after photos...
