Goo Gone could work. Eraser wheel would be the fastest option. Heat gun and plastic razor blades are another option. Any way you go, it's gonna be a pain in the rear.

Where do you find plastic razor blades locally?

I saw that eraser wheel from another forum may try that if the other method sucks

Eraser wheel is going to be your best option, but be careful as you are able to burn through the paint if you use it incorrectly.
The plastic razor blades are available locally. I think Wash Solutions carries them over off 35 and Walnut Hill. Might check with English Color or Finish Masters also.

Any graphics/sign shop should have the plastic razor blades too.
