ghosting from buffer

I have some ghosting and swirling on my hood, it is really bothering me. What can I do to fix it? Could you do just my hood? What steps can I take to make it better.

Yes I can just do your hood. But I'm really curious about what you're seeing. Can you snap a picture and post it? Email it to me?
