Not exactly a moron, the car is obviously dirty, the wheels filthy, windows and mirrors filthy, car isnt clean.

and if your doing a "buff job" i would assume you taped parts of the car off to keep the buffer from chewing anything up.

so, since there is no tape, i figured the car wasnt even started :-\

but you know....great work?

these are not after pics, these pics are just the beginning of what needs to be done! i just started working on this car, after pics will be posted soon enough once i am done with the car, this car is a mess, i know it's hard to see in these pics, just because it's inside the shop, if you see it outside you will notice more, i took pics of what i had. that day it was raining outside, you can pretty much see what i have buffed and have not buffed, i took a close up on the hood and as you can see there are no fades or no defects, it's smooth and shinney, and yes i know ppl on this board are picky, I am a very very picky person. I have been doing detailing for years and years. I see so much stuff that needs to be done on this car that you may never notice but i see it.

I do tape parts that need to be taped off, alot of things i dont tape off because i know i will never get that close to those things with a buffer, it's called experience..

Plus i took the tape off that where tapped for the pics.

You call it experience, i call it asking for it.

so what happens when your "experience" gets to big and you fall over and hit a trim piece, or side molding, or mirror or light or something, and you have to spend the time and effort to hide/fix your problem or fork over the money for the new part. When you could have used a 3 dollar roll of tape, taped the car off and made sure that you didnt accidently bump into anything you shouldnt have.
but hey, if you believe in your experience that much.

No, not starting shit, but your response of the "i know i will never get that close to those things with a buffer, it's called experience.. " was kinda a cocky remark. So your saying in your "years" of doing what you do you have NEVER gotten to close or accidently hit something with the buffer you whouldnt have?

and there is nothing wrong withe being a helper, im learning and doing a job. Im appreciated and i help get work done. Pardon Nick for having too much buisness that he needed to hire someone on to help get stuff taken care of. I mean we all cant be like you and be born with natural talents, im sure you popped out of your mom with a buffer in your hand and took baths in car soap and rubbed down with wax.

really not trying to start anything, didnt know he was the asshat who likes to come in here and start shit with nick.
I honestly thought they were before pics because the car had no tape, and was dirty.
and then he goes off about his experience, and blah blah blah, then attempts to make me mad or whatever by calling me "just a helper" but whatever.
I will let his work speak for itself, im sure he gets lots of buisness due to his fantastic attitude.

im going to stop there though, because i dont want things to look bad for nick and i. We will just keep letting out work and the praises of others speak for us. sorry Jose.

Counterfiend, Chill out. Don't let him press your buttons. Sometimes it's better to just walk away. Sometimes trying to prove a point with people just doesn't work. If you believe in your way of doing things, then let it be just that....your way. If someone else doesn't do things the same way, then let it be.

regattacoupe....aka LXCoupe89......aka Wicked2001GT.....aka Shizzzle....We've had our differences in the past, thats no secret. You have attacked me and my work for no reason on many occasions. I'll tell you just like I told Brent, "If you believe in your way of doing things, then let it be just that....your way". Just because I do things a different way or use another product, or spend more time on a job than you do, doesn't mean it's wrong. And just because Brent believes in my way of doing things, doesn't mean he's wrong. I've taught him to do things the way I like them done, after all, in the end it is my name going on the job, and I want it done my way. If you believe that this is the wrong way to do things, then let it be just that. You don't have to go around trying to prove yourself in every post that I make.

As far as this post goes....You constantly come in this forum and give me shit about the quality of my work. Other praise me, and you just go straight for my throat. Telling me how I'm a retard for using the products that I chose to use, and a moron, and on and on and on... Then you post up pictures of your work in this condition......don't expect praise for posting a car like this.

#1 the car is absolutely filthy! I would be embarrased to use this as an adversisement of my work(you are advertising by the way, and thats a big no no).
#2 The lighting stinks. Yellow is a very hard color to photogragh under artificial light. Clean the car up and take some shots of it outside. Yes I know it's been raining, but there are breaks in the rain during the day, and plenty of time to roll it outside and snap a few pictures.

In this picture, you say that you have not buffed the door, but you have buffed the fender......under this lighting condition, you can barely tell a difference.

I'm sure you do great work. If you didn't, I don't think you would have a job like this. But posting pictures of your work in this condition isn't going to get you anything.

I just looked at the pics again and can honestly say that those are the worst examples of trying to prove how good you are at something. I wouldn't let you touch my car if you gave me $50 and your girlfriend let me feel her up while you were working.

If all the white stuff on the car, windshield, wheels and tires is compound/polish/wax, I'll just say my car never looked like that at any point while Nick worked on it.

Yes, thats his polishing compounds dusting. And mine doesn't dust like that because I'm a "retard" for using the wrong products

Nah, the stock ones are weak and don't match the headlights. If I change them at this point, it will be for smoked lenses.
