Taking care of deep scratches

I've got a few deep scratches from tree branches, anyone have any recommendations on where to take it?

Are they too deep for a buffer? Can you catch your fingernail on them?

i would say try some touche up paint and work with that buffing it in and stuff...aka give it to nick if he can do that stuff lol....but other than that ...prob needs to be repainted
