I know its not quite detail orientated but does any one know how to smoke lenses for lights, such as tailights, or headlights?

VHT Niteshades is a spray paint that works well. Paint shops can also use a tinted clearcoat to paint the lenses and it looks great.

Outside and I've never used regular spray paint. I have only used the VHT Niteshades product which is made to tint lenses.
