The first couple to be shown in bed together on prime time TV were Fred and Wilma Flintstone.

Was actually a TV show in the mid to late 40's that first showed a couple in bed together. It was on MTV's "Big Urban Myth" show. That and the Flintstones were never in "Prime Time."

Q. What do bulletproof vests, fire escapes, windshield wipers, and laser printers all have in common? A. All invented by women.

I don't know about fire escapes, windshield wipers or laser printers, but bullet proof vests were invented by a man. The first documented case of one saving a life was that of a woman cop in London. Her parents bought it for her, not dept issued. Unless the History channel lied to me, thats the truth.

Its times like these when I realize I remember a lot of useless shit and I watch too much TV.

This one is wrong also:
Hershey's Kisses are called that because the machine that makes them looks like it's kissing the conveyor belt.

Actually, when they were first made it was the sound of the chocolate being pressed out of the mold, making a kissing like sound.

and the shortest sentence is NO. Someone asks you if you are sleepy or horny or happy, and you say NO.

I am is 3 letters and 4 spaces long whereas NO is only 2 letters and 2 spaces long. So it is shorter in 2 ways actually.
