Gettting proportioned

Started working out again and my left arm is a lil smaller than my right.

Anyone out there that can tell me a good concrete way to get the size back up?

That is pretty normal. You have two options: 1)Work your weaker arm more, or 2) always start with your weaker arm and then only do the same amount with your stronger arm.
