this is f*kin retarded.
agood friend of mine has a HUGE lifted bronco.. the running board is about my waist hight.. for me to get in. i have to put my foot under the body and inbetween the body and the running board.. and hoistmyself up using my left foot as an anchor.. i guess the 2 way stress of 290lbs finaly hurt something in it.. mother f***Er.. im still going to try go to gym tonight and see if i can lift anything.

Doing legs is out, but you sould be fine with any bench or seated exercises.

yeah.. as long as i dont pick up the weight and put pressure on my foot..


im gonna try lift tonight... hopefully i can work around it.. im NOT stopping completely..im starting to see some gains.. im not quitting.
