its sloooooooooowly comming back
its frustrating. but im slowly getting my umph back.. i was in luck today.. GOT BOOST? was in the gym and gave me a spot on bench.. managed a set of 315 for 6 and then 315 for 5 and a negative ( i think. cant remember if it was 4 and a negative) then did a few sets of 225 for a burn out.. hit 100lbs dumbells on incline dumbell press . and then had an average bicep work out.. going heavy after not lifting heaving in so long kicked the crap outta me.. but it was good to have a spotter and put a little weight on the bench.. hopefull in a month or so i will be able to do sets of 12 of 315 again.
