Argh! My stomach will not shrink...

Guess I'm still eating too much. The fat on my upper and lower abs is close to the same, but my lower pudges out so damn far. I've tried really backing down on what I eat, but it doesn't matter.

man, I wish I could work the fat off of my lower abs, but my cardio seems to eat up my leg fat. Man my legs are friggin' rocks now though

Ditto on the weighted... I hold my legs about 6" off the ground with weights on my shoulders and do crunches then twist my hips 90* and do them that way then 180* the other way and do crunches that way then I do leg raises and then crunches off a decline bench never letting my back touch then i hold my self flat at a 45* off a decline bench and twist left n right (kinda pretend im boxing or something) Hope this helps some... I also jump alot of rope and swim for cardio

Don't forget to work out your lower back muscles as well.

did some weighted situps on decline bench yesterday. 3x20 obliques with 10 lb. med-ball and 3x25 regular (holding ball behind head) w/ 6-7 lb. med-ball. Man that stuff does work good , pain is great today .
