Yay!

slooooooooooooowly but surely the strength is comming back.. im still not going all out... but i was able to do set of 12 reps with 75s on seated dumbell shoulder press.. all i need is another 50lbs and i will beback eo where i was before..

you will get back

When I was crazy, I used to do 90's. I dont know how, or why. I normally do 70-75's, or if I am lazy I do the seated cable military.
