Just thought I'd post today's diet up today and see what yall think. I'm trying to build muscle and bulk up.

6:30am - Bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats with Skim Milk
8:45am - 5mg Creablast oral to start loading stage
16oz of water with protein shake
12:30pm - Gr Chicken Sand from Wendys
Protein Shake
6:30pm - 10mg Creablast to finish loading
7-8:15pm - Worked Out
8:15pm - Baegal with Turkey Breast, Cheese and Mustard
8:25pm - Protein Shake

Tonight I'll probably finsih it off with steak and eggs or something similar around 9:30 while watching the stars whoop some duck ass and then hit the sack.... Any opinions on how to better fine tune this diet? Maybe throw something in btw lunch and post work out meal? The creablast is supposed to be taken on an empty stomach 30mins prior to working out. Thanks for any help

I finished the night off with a some baked fish and honey around 9:30ish - steak and eggs would have just taken to long and the stars were whooping some ass
