Started new cardio weight workout tonight
Damn, I am dying. I have talked to a few people who have done this to lean out, and it is crazy.
It is very simple. You combind your cadio, and weight workout into one.
I did shoulders today. So my first movement was military press, so I did a warm up, then my first set, then ran a lap around the track(1/16 mile). I then did another set, and ran another lap.
Basically I ran a lap between every set.
I did 4 excercises for shoulders, and ran a lap between every set. Damn when I was done, I was spent.
I then finished off with some abs.
