Started new cardio weight workout tonight

Damn, I am dying. I have talked to a few people who have done this to lean out, and it is crazy.

It is very simple. You combind your cadio, and weight workout into one.

I did shoulders today. So my first movement was military press, so I did a warm up, then my first set, then ran a lap around the track(1/16 mile). I then did another set, and ran another lap.

Basically I ran a lap between every set.

I did 4 excercises for shoulders, and ran a lap between every set. Damn when I was done, I was spent.

I then finished off with some abs.

I've done that type of workout before and I can also testify that you ARE done after that, good job Darkpony.

We used to call them "supersets". It'll either work, or you'll die trying...

What four exercises do you do for shoulders? I only do 2.
