SO sore

I'm back on the workout wagon and I can't remember ever being this sore in my life. Does anyone have a method that helps you being too sore. I drink plenty of water, take vitamins, get lots of rest, and watch what I eat. If it wasn't for Advil I don't even think I could type

creatine is supposed to shorten recovery time... try it! plus its got other good side effects too

actually streching always helped me out. mostly you have to live through it though.
