hmm. I been running 1.5 miles now every couple of days. Doing 6 mph now on the tread mill. I think I can go farther, but right now its a mental thing. I set myself up at the beginning for a distance, and right before I get to it, my thoughts start thinking "Its almost over now". Then, it feels like I've been running all day and I just HAVE to stop.
Not to mention general boredom.
My knees get kinda sore the next day, and lately, my middle back has been kinda achey. I personally think its from lack of stretching and sitting on my ass the rest of the day at a computer.
