Whats your diet consist of?
I've figured out the items I used to eat/drink that gave me gas. And stopped eating them regularly.
Egg Whites - the pasteruized shit I used to use for protein drinks. They rock, but they give me the nastiest, foulest, concentrated farts I've ever had in my life. Hands down. I have to light 2 matches to cover the smell after I go to the crapper after this shit runs thru my system.
Dr. Pepper / Big Red / Carbonated Sugery Drinks - Give it 3 hours, and the gas starts flowing. The hi-fructose cheap corn syrup they use hits me hard.
Bananas - oh yea. Drink a Dr.Pepper and eat one of these, and its almost to par with the Egg Whites formula.
Now, I just watch what I eat and drink and try to keep the gaseous items to a minimum. Otherwise, I have problems with gas 24/7, regardless of whether Im at the gym or Albertsons.
