I can't run in Nikes because the toe box is too narrow for my big ass toes.

Shoe Dog will have the answer.

I bought a pair of Nike Shox and they solved all my aching/soreness problems while running. As 01WhiteCobra said, they may not be good for everyone but definitely worth a try IMO.

Here is a tip: Don't buy Nike. They can't make a shoe, and they are all ugly.

I run in Brooks and when I'm "racing" I run in Saucony flats.

Brooks I can get a width in, Saucony just has a big toe box.

Different people need different shoes. I train in Mizuno's, when I race I run in flats.

If you really have shin splints do some heels and toes, it will help.

$124.99

I've been stretching before but not after, my shins dont hurt as bad as they used to when I first started running around the block. I'm going to let them rest for today, maybe just walk around duck creek, then try some jogging again when I can get some new shoes.
