It is no walk in the part, but it works. He was about 5 10 160 3-4 months ago and now he has added 20lbs of pure muscle. Unfortunately, n20coupe is 100% right. Eat lean meals (but don't skip meals) like a lot of vegetables, and do tons of cardio work. If you can get up to it, do it twice a day. Supplements like Xenadrine can help give you energy, but take the time to find out if it's good for your body. If you do all this, you can see some reseults fairly quickly.
