Meal Replacement Bars
Im thinking about just eating meal replacement bars for lunch for a while. I want to loose some weight, like 25lbs. I am 18, 6'3" and weigh 230lbs. I do not want to loose muscle though. While eating these bars, I will do weight exercises like benchpress, and various dumbell exercises. I will run my treadmill for cardio. I will also cut all sodas and fatty snacks and just stick to plain old water.
What is a decently tasting bar that will let me achieve what I want?
Is the MESO-TECH Lite bar any good?
