I have never used it Cartman but was wondering about it. It has crossed my mind because of the combination of contents. Bet it cost you a good chunk of change as well. What type of exercise regimen are you using with this? I would be really interested in your results and opinion as you use it.
Well, so far I have used it for two days and no side effects, other than gagging on the taste.
I am starting back on the 5 meals a day high protein diet and working out 4 times a week. with 3 to 4 days of at least 30mins of cardo. On thrusday, friday, sunday, monday and sometimes tuesday I work out following as closely as I can to what the trainers tell me to do. thrusday is "back and Biceps, and we just included dead lifts" friday is "chest and Triceps" Sunday is "legs and if my legs hold up cardio other wise this is the day I skip cardio" monday is basketball for about 2 hours, tuesday is cardio and if I skiped doing my abs on any day and shoulders.
Now the suck part is I got off the diet back in november and slacked off from going to the gym, only going 1 or 2 times a weeks and sometimes not at all
. and I gained most of the weight I dropped, although I only gained the size back in the shirt not the pants, still a two sizes smaller than before all of this. So I just gained more "stomach muscle"
it is hard to get that keg but I have it, maybe some day I will be down to a six pack.
