Unhappy 2nd week back...

..and my chest is killin' me. I took a month off when my motor blew due to the difficulty of finding transportation, so I took the opportunity to combat some mild "burnout" with an extended leave of absence. I've taken a week or two off and managed to maintain and even come back stonger, but this time I was down about 7 lbs and strength is at all time lows. To do it over again I'd have been back by week 3, but I'm hoping that the extra time off was what I needed to break through the last two year's plateau. My motivation is back up to where it needs to be, now the body needs to follow. Other than the normal high-protien diet, glutamine, and plenty of rest, what are some other tricks to faster recuperation to get my muslces back on top of the game?

It's funny you say that because for the first time in several years I am completely supplement free right now, and it actually feels pretty good to be "clean". I was never on anything quite the scale of anabolic steroids, but having all that extra stuff to take gets to be a pain, not to mention the "highs and lows" of ECA use, cycling Andro, and creatine. I think I'm gonna try the natural route for a while. Although being 220 and ripped sounds awfully tempting, I'm gonna see what a really good diet and rest will do for me in the next couple months. The biggest benefit of being off for that month is beingf able to come back with a different pespective on things. I've become better attuned to listening to my body and providing what it needs. It's time to grow the right way, I'll just have to deal with being a ripped 190 instead.

I've still yet to do a good cycle of roids. I've found that one of my best supps is oral Winstrol.

Its very mild, but taking 50 mgs ED, or even EOD, can make the difference of losing a bit more fat, and packing on some lean muscle tissue that WILL stick around after cycling off. I've yet to lose any muscle after coming off from using it and from not working out even after a year. Just a simple maintenace program will keep it there.

It can be expensive tho. Its the only downside to it. No need for injections, or buying syringes. I personally havent had any side issues of joint aches. None. Not in my fingers, knees, anywhere.

That, along with my normal OTC supps, keeps me working towards where I want to go.

Im REALLY wanting to do some Fina (Tren), Test (to keep from having limp dick), and Winny for 12 weeks. Clomid too to fight the bitch tits.

But Fina requires ED or EOD injections. And even tho I have no issues with needles, sticking myself EOD even, is a scary thought.

And the main reason I haven't done it yet, is money. Till I get my house sold, I can't afford the test. Fina is pretty cheap.

And I think with a good diet, 12 weeks of that, kick ass workouts, and some cardio weekly, I could rip 30 pounds of fat off and pack on at least 25 to 30 pounds of muscle.
