Buy Dr. Atkins' book- New Diet Revolution or check out Atkins Center and Atkins Diet Information.

im on that now.. basically you fill up on beef.. and grilled chicken.. stay away from battered and fried.. no breads.. about a cup of vegies a day.. no more cokes... no sugars.. i lost 4 pounds in 4 days.. so its works.. but a big problem is it leaves you weak .. example working out it took me a week for my body to get used to the diet and get back up to my normal full routine... just becarfule and make sure before you work out you get some sugars and carbs or you wil lbe very dizzy and sickish.. oh and eat your carbs in morning that way you will burn off during the day.. pastas are good carbs so eat a lot less pasta but if you do eat in morning.. im on the 125 g of carbs a day.. and it works

SchargedCobra: I've heard a lot of people are weak on this diet...but I've never felt better! I'm running faster and further than I have in years.
