I haven't been hitting the scales any but this morning while getting dressed I noticed my belt was WAY looser than usual so I tightened it up a notch. Even then it was still a bit looser than I usually wear it.
I am also STILL noticing gains in power/strength but not quite as drastic as the last time. I added another 10lbs to my workout weights last night and could still complete the same number of reps as a couple of weeks ago.

Oh, you can bet money that I am gonna keep it off this time around. I really don't know how I am suddenly shedding so much because I kinda ditched the "perfect" diet and have been eating pretty normal for a few weeks now although I do stay away from fast food and anything fried or greasy. I have still been drinking a protein shake after my workouts and as I stated above, kept the weight up along with the cardio.
