I've always gotten the best response out of my chest by hitting all three angles in each workout. For example on a"light" week I'd start with 4 sets of 12 on the incline bench, move to 4 more sets of flyes on the flat bench, and finish up with cable crossovers. A "heavy" week would mean 4 sets of 5-8 on the Hammer decline, 4 sets of Hammer incline, and finally four more sets of heavy dumbell presses on the flat bench.

decline is an ego boost

incline and flat barbell will get you stronger.incline and flat dumbell will get you bigger. stay away from decline. decline in only ther to show off what you cant do on flat bench.

On the contrary, decline Hammer Strength and/or cable crossovers are an exellent way to improve lower pec developement. When properly concentrating on the chest muscles, it's also a good way to safely add a little poundage to your chest workout.
