I've always gotten the best response out of my chest by hitting all three angles in each workout. For example on a"light" week I'd start with 4 sets of 12 on the incline bench, move to 4 more sets of flyes on the flat bench, and finish up with cable crossovers. A "heavy" week would mean 4 sets of 5-8 on the Hammer decline, 4 sets of Hammer incline, and finally four more sets of heavy dumbell presses on the flat bench.
