I ended up taking a week and a half off between being sick and my partner having other obligations, but yesterday I jumped into a nice big heavy leg workout again. And I am not sore today, just hope that doesn't mean I'll be super sore tomorrow!!!!

I'm on week two and it looks like I've got another two to go before I have my transportation back. Atrophy sucks.

I'll be back bigger and better though in another month or two, sometimes a big break is needed when you've been hitting it solid for a while.
