Experience tells me that you need to take a few days off. Your immune system is busy repairing the damage and doesn't need to worry about whatever muscle group you plan to hit as well. It's very unlikely that you would do anything positive in the gym until you are back to 100% anyway. Do some light cardio if you absolutely can't live without exercise for a few days, but I'd recommend lot's of rest until you are back on top of your game.
