andro is junk... it's mostly good for oily skin, agression, liver damage, and lowering your body's natural testosterone level...
if you want juice, do it right... (not that I'm recomending you juice by any means, but with the real deal the benefits can outweigh the negatives... the opposite is true with pro-hormones)
my four biggest suppliments are:
protein, water, multi-vitamins, and sleep
I like creatine a lot. run it 4-6 weeks on, 4-6 weeks off. some people don't get anything from it, but I really like it and can tell/see a difference.
