What do you consider the MUST have supplements?

I've basically just used protein with a multivitamin, but have dabbled with andro and creatine, but can't say that I noticed any difference in growth rates or strength. I've always wondered what motivates the people with 5-6 bottles of pills next to the huge jugs of protein and creatine... I don't see the reason for a ton of supplements. What do you use, and why?

A solid diet, protien, and a multi-vitamin are the way to go.

This is the way to go. Except for the "tien" part.

andro is junk... it's mostly good for oily skin, agression, liver damage, and lowering your body's natural testosterone level...

if you want juice, do it right... (not that I'm recomending you juice by any means, but with the real deal the benefits can outweigh the negatives... the opposite is true with pro-hormones)

my four biggest suppliments are:

protein, water, multi-vitamins, and sleep

I like creatine a lot. run it 4-6 weeks on, 4-6 weeks off. some people don't get anything from it, but I really like it and can tell/see a difference.

NITRO AND CELL TECH WITH AMINOS

I've used many protiens and the one that works the best next to steroids (ive used steriods) is celltech, nitro tech with amino 2222.
ive maintained my size and work out with 335 on the bench press.
