Heres the main point to remember.
Don't carry a lot with you. I don't keep any on me at any times.
I never have more than what could amount to more than personal use.

Getting ripped is a serious commentment in both physical action required and strict diet/supplementation routine. It takes extreme willpower to get to the level some of these people get to.
I'm not there yet. Im also not looking for that physique. Yet...
right now, Im concentrating on getting more and more physically fit and preparing my body to add some mass I can keep and maintain.
I believe that you have a set genetical limit you can maintain on working out and diet alone without steriods. You can add on as much as you like with steriods, but once you stop taking them and rely on just a proper diet and physical regimen, you will drop in size to that predisposed genetical limitation set forth in that pesky DNA map.
