What to get to aid in workout/weight loss

Hydroxycut any good? I read some things about it via the search option, I thought I would get some to increase my wieght loss. I can feel the muscles under my skin now, they are getting pretty firm, my buddy told me I was endosomething muscle wise, I forget. Any advice would help.

P.S. I've also changed my dieting towards more healthy foods.

Endomorphic, it's one of the three main body types. It means that you aren't necessarily a hard-gainer, but you don't have a high metabolism to keep you thin either. Mesomorphic would mean that you gain both fat and muscle easier out of the three due to a slower metabolism, and Ectomorphic means that you have a higher metabolism which makes it dificult to gain weight, muscle or fat.

Hydroxycut is good at curbing your appetite and keeps your energy up, but if you have an adverse reaction to caffiene or heart problems stay away from it. Any diet supplement is only as good as your ability to eat right while on it, and your ability to continue those better habits when off of it. Count your calories and do your cardio, ECA is a miracle worker.

be careful with Hydroxy Cut or anything with Ephedrine in it. It can make you edgy and also put you in a very depressed mood if you are not careful with it. Spicy foods can help speed up your motabalism so thats something else to help burn some fat.
