Just wanted to know. I'm down here in Austin going to UT and I've played racquetball once or twice and liked it. Well one of my roommates loves the game and I've been playing 1-2 hours everyday since last Monday. All I have to say is HOLY COW!!! This stuff is some of the most fun cardio I've ever done
I've gotten into a little better diet and workout on a three day cycle (push/pull/legs). In the past week I've just been gaining back up from atrophy of not working out regularly the last month, during christmas break.
Anywho, just wanted to see who else enjoys the game.
I played in college, good stuff. Practices were 2 hours/day 5 days a week.
The best thing you can do in racquetball for a workout? Go find an old guy. Seriously, there are always a few hanging around, and they're unbeleivably better than you. They'll run your ass around until you pass out. Best workout ever!
