ya, I am gettin back into it since my woman has moved to fort worth, so I dont have to do the woman workout anymore. SO I am hitting it hard 5 days a week. I need to get it all back. I have been slacking lattely. I would like to get back to what I was about a year ago which was 180 pounds, and 8% body fat. Now I way 198, and probably have like 18%. Not good. So ya, I am dieting, and eating thermogenics like candy. I can hardly type now I am shaking so much.
