well a few years ago, all I ate was chicken breast, and tuna, I was bad. But you catch yourself slipping, and then bam, your done.
I had really got burned out though, I was working out 6 days a week, and dieting everyday.
Not to mention I was a manager at a gym, and that did not help, when I left there to work for Palm Beach, I was so burn on the gym, I had to take a break, and when I came back to start working out again, I just didnt give it my all. DId about enough to maintane size, but lost alot.
