Ass kicking bench workout.
We have to lift at 7 AM before school and Friday I was hurting.
We put a 35, two 10's, and a 5 on the bar. You do as many as you can and then rack it and take off the 5. Do as many as you can, take off the 10. Again, take of the 10. Again take off the 35. Then have your spotter push down while you try to hold him. (negatives) 3 of those. Then try to do 20 pushups. We did 2 sets of those and I think my pecs are still fixing to rip in half.
Then we did 6 wide grip pull ups, 6 closer together, 6 chin ups, then 6 neutral, then go back to chin ups, close grip pull ups, then wide grip pull ups. 1 set of that.
Then we did our shoulder tree. don't want to explain that. too long.
