Thumbs up New tri workout (for me)

I'd seen others doing this, but never thought it would be much different. Doing cable pulldowns with the palms facing up. WOW. I hurt pretty good on the outside of the tris after doing those. I think I may be doing those each time I work out my tris now.

You should always vary your arm workouts by supinating (twisting ) your wrists for different angles on the muscles. Same for biceps, try doing curls with your palms facing down. It's a different burn altogether.

just don't try to do the same amount of weight, like everyone has said, it's a whole diff. burn and you probably aren't going to be doing the same weight.

Sure is. I had to drop 10 lbs doing it that way, but was a very good burn.

Got Boost?: I'll try that for bis too.

Yeah, that shit burns like a mofo the first time you do it with your palms reversed. I will usually do one set of pull downs/curls with my palms facing up and then immediately do another set with my palms reversed. You can really feel it when you are through.

I do that same thing, then go straight into some medium weight skull crushers and that really gets a major pump going. It gives you that push, pull then push again workout that really blows my tris up. Even after doing them a couple of weeks, I still get pretty sore from them.
