I prefer just about any arm exercise. I use my arms all day at work, and they are the ones I feel the most, so I know they are working.
The arms are also the best mirror workout, hehe.
The overhead tri extension is my favorite for tri's. For my biceps, I like doing 21's (I think thats what they are, 3 sets of 7, one full extension, one half from bottom to middle, and one half from middle to top). Being a baseball player, I usually hit the good old broomstick and rope exercise every week (not to mention the visits with palmela handerson)
Second would be my shoulders.
I dislike chest the most, it seems like everytime I work my chest hard, the next day it is bloated looking, looks weird (Why is this? After I work my chest, I feel like Bruno on Popeye. I feel like I am walking around pushing my chest out, lol). So I usually work it really lightly.
Legs are also a least favorite. My legs have always been bigger than the rest of my body. They are naturally muscular, so I dont do anything but lunges, calf raises, and squats. And that is very rare. I do run though!
